Keyword Search
There is a search bar on the top right hand corner of every page. You can type keywords (e.g. panda, pencil) or the product code (e.g. 40001) to find your target item.

 

(2) Search by category
On the upper part of every page there is a menu bar which divides Panda Shop products into different categories, such as Symbolic Animal Adoption, Fair Trade Food, and etc. 

 

(3) Search by product ethics
On the home page there is another menu on the right which categorizes products into different eco-ethics, such as bio-degradable, upcycling, and etc.

 


(1) 
On the product category page
Press “Add to Cart” after choosing your favorite product. One piece of that item will be added to your shopping cart.

 


(2) 
On the individual product page
After choosing your favorite product, enter the quantity you need and press “Add to Cart”.

 

 

On the “My Cart” page, you can add and remove the quantity you want by:


- Clicking “Edit” :you will be directed to individual product page and that you can type the extra amount you want on the “quantity” field
- Click “Rubbish Bin” icon: you will delete the item
- As you finish editing the purchase quantity, press Proceed to Checkout to confirm your order.


Before making a payment you will be required to log in. If you don’t have an account, you can register at any time for free. If you are WWF's regular donor, you are required to create an account, too. 

 


(1) Enter Billing Address



Billing address is the buyer’s address. If you plan to send a gift to your family / friends, the billing address may be different from the shipping address. For example, the billing address is your home address, while the shipping address is your friend’s address.
You can enter “000” on the postal code field.
If your billing address is the same as the shipping address, please tick the first box. Otherwise, or if you wish to pick the items from our Central Visitor Centre, please tick the second box

 

(2) Enter Shipping Address
Shipping address is the recipient’s address. If you plan to send a gift to your family / friends, the billing address may be different from the shipping address. For example, the billing address is your home address, while the shipping address is your friend’s address. 
You can enter “000” on the postal code field.
If your billing address is the same as the shipping address, please tick the first box. If you wish to pick the items from our Central Visitor Centre, please tick the second box.

 

(3) Shipping Method
The system will calculate the corresponding mailing charge according to the total weight of your ordered items. For details of the calculation, please refer to below. 

                        Product's weight + Packaging weight = Total weight

(1) The packaging weight will depend on your product's weight:

If your items are to be shipped to residential area, we recommend you take the registered post option to insure your order arrives safely. The extra cost for registered post is $15.5


(4) Order confirmation and payment
Please double check your order before proceeding to the next step. Afterwards, you will be directed to the AsiaPay online payment gateway. You can pay with the following credit card or by PPS:

During the onine payment process, your bank may send you a text message which carries a security verification code. Please keep your cell phone on to receive the message.

After your payment is successful made, you will receive a confirmation email. 

 

 

If you wish to pay by online PPS, please activate your account by visiting several designated Circe K convenience stores.


(5) Order delivery / collection

Local delivery: 
We will prepare your order and ship within 5 working days via Hong Kong Post Office (HKPO) or other courier service providers. Normally it takes 1-2 working days for local delivery.

Overseas delivery: 
We will prepare your order and ship within 5 working days via Hong Kong Post Office (HKPO) or other courier service providers. Normally it takes 3-10 working days for overseas delivery.

Self pickup: 
Our staff will let you know when your order is ready for collection. Normally you will be called within 2 to 3 days after placing your order. You can ask your family / friends to pick up for you. Please give them a copy of your order confirmation for verification.
